I have the pleasure in shaming Frozen Moon (the layouts can be found here). She has taken several of my layouts and is offering them as her own. She is also direct linking my images. What a silly girl, doesn't she realise that she'll get caught out??!! I should also point out to other designers I recognise some of the other layouts on offer but I don't know who they're by

Remember people are automatically added here and are not removed until they admit their wrong doings and give me credit. It's not hard to do.

I would first of all like to give my sincerest of apologies to tokcocktok.diaryland.com after adding him to the wall of shame. It appears the mystery runs much deeper

A layout site has been offering my code with altered colours and images without my permission, which is where Michael got his code. After contacting them I received this rather ridiculous message in my guestbook:

"okay... not all the layouts are yours... i used tons of different ones, but i dont only change the pictures, i change the colors, add boxes and stuff and rearrage things, so technically, they're not whoevers i took them from anymore. its impossible to say that i AM using your layouts and re-making them cause you dont even know that they're yours anymore, except for the flower one. i use some from lisdesigns, which has gone awol, so i think that it IS fair - she's GONE... and its the web, theres nothing anyone can do to protect their layouts. and its not only me who does that, EVERYONE does, and just because you only know about mine doesnt mean that im the only one doing it. sorry.. but im going to keep them up."

I can still tell my code from the CSS alone, and just because you change some colours and moved things around from several different designers work doesn't give you the divine right to act like you're talented.

Shame on you Falling Star Designs. You're all very naughty.
